A: I work from my Clinic and Training Academy, conveniently located at Unit 2, 3 Station Road, Hayling Island, PO11 0EA. Our purpose-designed space offers a professional, welcoming environment for both aesthetic treatments and accredited training courses. Q: Q: Do I need a consultation before treatment?
A: Yes — every new client has a full consultation to discuss goals, medical history, and suitability. This
ensures your treatment is completely bespoke, safe, and effective.
Q: Q: Are your treatments safe?
A: Absolutely. I’m a qualified Paramedic with over 12 years of frontline medical experience, fully trained
and insured in aesthetics and advanced skin procedures. I use only medical-grade products and
evidence-based techniques.
Q: Q: Is there any downtime after treatment?
A: Most clients can resume normal activities straight away. Mild redness, swelling or bruising can occur
depending on the treatment, but this usually settles within 24–72 hours. You’ll receive detailed aftercare
guidance.
Q: Q: How long do results last?
A: It depends on the treatment and your individual response. Anti-Wrinkle: 3–4 months | Filler: 6–12
months | Skin Boosters: 6+ months | Head Spa & IV Drips: Immediate results with ongoing benefits.
Q: Q: Do your IV drips and injections really work?
A: Yes! They deliver essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream for
maximum absorption and effectiveness. All drips are tailored to your health and lifestyle needs after a
consultation.
Q: Q: Can I have treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: No — aesthetic and IV wellness treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
for safety reasons.
Q: Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can book via Instagram, Facebook, or directly through the ‘Book Now’ button on the website. A
small deposit is required to secure your slot.

Q: Q: Who can train with you?
A: My courses are designed for both medics and non-medics (aged 18+) who wish to start or advance
their aesthetics career. Entry requirements vary depending on the course level.
Q: Q: Are your courses accredited?
A: Yes — all training is accredited, fully insurable, and delivered to a professional standard through the
By Zara Willis Training Academy, led by a qualified Paramedic and AET-certified educator.
Q: Q: Where does the training take place?
A: Training is held at my Hayling Island Academy, designed for small, intimate groups to ensure hands-on
experience and personal support.
Q: Q: How many students are on each course?
A: I keep class sizes very small (usually 2–3 students) so each learner receives one-to-one guidance, live
model experience, and plenty of confidence-building support.
Q: Q: What’s included in the course?
A: Each course includes comprehensive theory and practical training, accredited certification, live
models, a full student manual, and post-course support.
Q: Q: How do I pay for a course?
A: You can pay in full or use a Buy Now, Pay Later option (subject to approval). A deposit is required to
reserve your space, with the balance due before training begins.
Q: Q: Will I be insured after training?
A: Yes — on completion of an accredited course, you’ll receive certification accepted by major insurance
providers. I can guide you through setting up your insurance and business registration.
Q: Q: Do you offer refresher or 1:1 training?
A: Yes — bespoke 1:1 or refresher sessions are available for practitioners who want to perfect their skills,
rebuild confidence, or add new treatments to their portfolio.
Q: Q: Do you provide ongoing support after the course?
A: Yes — all my students receive lifetime access to a private support group, continued mentoring, and
priority booking for advanced courses.
